Welcome to Fingerboard-Productions.com.
I built this website for practice, but I soon realized it was easier to get to OneDrive (and our photos) via the site than with the OneDrive interface. After a while, I added a Family News page, a Notable Deeds page, and eventually an Articles page, which allowed me to spout-off whenever I felt the need.

Spouting off proved to be an effective therapy for frustration, political and other. I could write about something and feel as if I'd had my say rather then stew over it. This proved to be a solution for my worry about the website's sparse viewship as well -- the site was no longer for others, it was for me. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to have visitors, and even happier if they find some value here it's just that I don't fret about it anymore. As Ann Landers said, "At age 20, we worry about what others think of us. At age 40, we don't care what they think of us. At age 60, we discover they haven't been thinking of us at all." I'm in the last group. By the way, the pictures are me at 20 and 80.
Regarding security... I had been requiring a password to sign in, but I've now dropped it. The site is already restricted by only sharing its URL with those who might have an interest in its content -- friends and family. In addition, I don't put anyone's personal or identifying information on the site or in any of its linked files.
Regarding cellphones... I've tried to make it easy to use the site on a cellphone, but there's no getting around the fact that there less real estate on a cellphone's tiny screen. If you typically use a cellphone to access the web, you might want to add the site to your cellphone's homepage, here's how. Just use Safari to open www.Fingerboard-Productions.com, tap the share icon (the box with the up arrow), scroll down to the bottom, and select "add to home screen".
Send me an email: if you want to add or remove something or make a private comment. If you want to comment publicly on something I've written, there's a comment form at the end of each article.
